Directory Attender™ is a Lotus Notes-based administration utility written in Lotus Notes using both Formula and LotusScript languages. Directory Attender can run on any Lotus Notes server running 5.x and requires no add-in programs to be loaded on the server.

Directory Attender monitors and/or updates the documents within your Domino directories. The information within these directories is crucial to the performance of your Domino servers. Mail routing, replication, user authentication, etc., would not occur if not for the documents within the Domino directories. Directory Attender will manage this important data using configuration information supplied by the administrators.
