There might be various reasons why your company would want an independent assessment of the way the MQSeries monitoring tool of your choice has been implemented and is being used. You might want to have a second opinion other than the vendor's view, or you are simply lacking the skills or resources to do the job.

Whatever the reason, Cressida can provide you with an in-depth assessment.

We will provide you with a recommendation report containing an analysis identifying which of the items in the list below require action.

All Cressida engagements are preceded by an initial no-charge interview and assessment service. The objective of this no-charge service is to define and scope your requirements and to develop a formal statement of work for your review and approval. There are no obligations for this no-charge offer.

When you approve the Pilot project's Statement of Work, an interview will be conducted and research will be done on site and the result of the analysis will be presented to you.

If you decide to implement our recommendations, Cressida consultants can assist your staff in optimizing settings or to set up and manage projects to (further) implement automation or integrate MQSeries monitoring tools with any other software monitors. Some of the areas investigated and an assessment performed for are :
