In order to take the wisest next step in delivering the best performance from your current portfolio of IT infrastructure, you first need to know where you stand.

For all performance management projects undertaken by Cressida, we offer a 2 step Assessment services:

1. A free of charge 2-hour telephone interview of up to 3 individuals from your organization by a certified Cressida consultant. An statement of work is then produced highlighting major areas of focus, target deliverables, and time lines is presented to you and your team for review and approval

2. On-site fixed fee assessment for an agreed number of days of full Assessment services

Cressida offers a 3-5 day on-site Performance Management Assessment, which evaluates the required areas' current software and hardware portfolio, release, levels, usage and optimization.

The deliverables are:

-A customized report of our findings is prepared and first reviewed with you. Any required changes you may have are noted and the final document will be prepared for your use

· A professionally prepared set of presentation foils to share these findings with the members of your management team

Only then, and if you require us to do so, we can jointly put together plans of action, schedules, and workshops to help you achieve your goals of achieving better value from your current IT investments.
