Consultants will perform one or multi-day workshop services tailored
for your environment. During this period our consultant, with the assistance
of your staff will perform some or all of the following sample tasks.
Since the format of this service is “open workshop”, the choice
of deliverables will be discussed with you beforehand and can further
be adjusted during the workshop itself. |

- Have a meeting with your Project Manager to
assess their requirements regarding the usage your project team intends
to have. During this meeting the consultant will be informed of relevant
aspects of the system environment .
- Present the specific Software solution you
are interested in.
- Give a demonstration of the product’s
basic functions.
- Use your installation of Software to demonstrate
relevant features.
- Present software’s “best practices”.
- Demonstrate User/security management features
and requirements.
- Clarify performance considerations of the
product(s).
- Discuss overhead considerations and avoiding
pitfalls for the system environment utilized.
- Set up a simulation environment for your desired
product’s important functions.
- Answer all questions your teams may have regarding
the installation, configuration, and usage of the Software .
- Document your staff’s suggestions for
improving the product in future releases.
